The story then traced back 2 early Oct 1946 where Noah still missed his 1st love & tat she is in his mind forever. He had moved back 2 North Carolina coast after World War II. He had completed his proj of restoring his home. Allie saw a pic in the newspaper on Noah's hse & rushed down 2 meet him which is 14 yrs after they had last parted.

The novel then trace back when Noah is 80 yr old where he even helped Allie beat her Alzhemer's disease when he himself kept going day after day in spite of his frail body & failing health. The ending: both of them go 2 heaven tgt.

This yr started badly 4 me, wif IC loss & some scolding on my blog. But its gd 2. At least, i can use the scolding 2 change 4 the better & noe wad some ppl tink of me. Anyway, i was also in the wrong. Ya, im quite sad but anyway tks 4 the scolding i learn smth fr it. Sori. U must b feeling super super angry.

Loss of IC may b loss of $ & cause lots of inconvenience. But i also touched. Many frens care 4 me & hlp me look 4 my IC. Tis incident & shifting of seat loc let me get 2 noe all my colleagues better. There're many who r always lending a hlping hand & care 4me. A fren in need is a fren indeed!

2010! We had house warming @ Alton & Ada's pl. Way too much food. I love the deep fried spring roll, fried bee hoon & deep fried fish fillet. The catering food was good! Loving the eclair & fruit cocktail.

Annie bought a cake 4 the 2 Bdae guys. & boy, they're not there. OMG! Alton & Ada worrying tat they hv 2 finish the cake by themselves! Haha.

My cell group members celebrated my birthday. They ordered my fav fruit cake, gave me a gift: Attributes voucher & prayed 4 me. So sweet of them :-) Annie bought the cake fr Four leaves. Cheong Wai & sis took pics. Tenry & Victor went 2 change candle & relight another candle cos the candle melted while i was on the phone wif my Team Lead.

Was very drowsy fr the cough & flu medicine. Both legs felt very weak on my way 2 work. Went 2 Yishun Interchange. Bought bread fr Four Leaves Confectionery. They hv a Mini World promo: any 3 pcs @ $1.80.

As not feeling well, quickly made my way home. Had medicine, slept fr late afternoon till 8.50pm. My cought getting fr bad 2 worse. Haiz. Watched 1 ep. of my fav drama 《溏心風暴》I cried during the last part of the ep. cos 程亮(acted by Raymond Lam) died in a car accident.

The stall owner of the western food stall was very rude 2 her customers who were sitting @ the same table wif me. The western food lady said very rudely tat she waiting 4 the fork.

The day of my water baptism is finally here. LOL. Me, Gong Hong & Annie took a bus from Boon Lay mrt station to church. Esther, Victor & me were nervous. My sis, Veronica, Cheong Wai & Gong Hong took photos of my water baptism.

Most of my CG members went 2 support me. Christabelle & Javan also went there 2 support. My head was not fully submerged into the water

Tenry & Chye Hoon gave me a bouquet of flowers. The bouquet is very nice. So sweet of them. The flower bouquet has my fav colors: purple & yellow. Cheong Wai also gave me a flower. Purple colour nice :) I also received soft toy from Daphne & Evans. A cute white bear.

Had late lunch @ coffee shop near church. Went 2 Compass Pt Kopitiam 4 dinner after service wif Annie, Angel, sis & my mother.

2day is Evan's & Daphne's wedding @Amara Sanctuary Sentosa.

The Holy Matrimony was held @ Glass Pavillion Amara Sanctuary wif Pastor Kenneth fr my church. After the Holy Matrimony, I hlped 2 keep some of the equipments.

The wedding was very grand. They had their grand march in@ the spiral staircase wif balloons. The first march in was a litte boy riding a bicycle followed by Evans & Daphne riding in on a bicycle.

I missed watching the final march in cos Ada, me & Heng Joo were hlping out @ the Camera Action section. The printer was quite slow in printing the fotos. Many of the guests were asking 4 their fotos.

Cheong Wai & Victor did well as M.C. Hee hee. Can't wait 4 the wedding fotos 2 b out.

OT till 3 pm. Had iced lemon tea & biscuits @ subway wif Annie.

Attended service. The performance by Secondary school category, ITE-Poly category & JC-Uni category is very good. The adult team beat the teenager team in the "Are u smarter than a teenager" contest.

We rushed 2 Christabel's bdae party b4 the service ended. Evans gave us a ride 2 Downtown East. Cheong Wai diarrhoea was still very bad. After the cutting of cake. he had 2 rush 2 hospital 4 a jab. Victor was in charge of BBQ lor. I ordered BBQ hot dogs fr him. Haha.

Went 2 church & had dinner @ a hawker centre in Bedok. Annie waited a long time 4 the noodle soup. Sis & me ordered the same: fish & chips. Javen didn't wan 2 eat his fish congee after looking @ our fish & chips & french fries.

Chye Hoon couldn't finish the food. Tendri had 2 finish quite a bit of food. Javen was climbing the stairs up & down. We r all tried lor. Baby Javen didn't slp @ nursery. He was slppy in the car lor.

Took cab fr. Eunos cos late 4 bible study class. The cab stopped @ hall 6. It was supercrowded 2day. There were a lot of exhibitions. By the time I reached hall 3, I was half running/walking 2 hall 1. After that, went 4 prayer meeting followed by service. Tonite's service ended @ 8pm.

Had dinner @ a hawker centre @ Bedok. Our table number was 99. The hawker centre is very famous 4 its kidey mee sua. I didn't order kidney mee sua cos sometimes there's blood in the pork kidney. Annie & me ordered minced pork noodle soup. I ordered milo dinasaur. We waited for >25 min for our noodles. Tenry joked that the pig hvn't been slaughtered yet so my noodles have not been cooked yet. LOL. I went 2 the stall 2 expediate. I joked tat I hv "ticket number" for my noodle request & the noodle request has been "escalated" to the "engineer". Waiting 4 "engineer" to come 2 our table. LOL. The stingray that Kam Meng & Shieh Yng ordered is yummy. Tenry ordered Ngo Hiang prawn cracker & bee hoon. Javen took some mee sua fr his mum. He also took some prawn mee. Luckily, I took some stingray & ngo hiang. I was starving... 9.20pm & still no dinner. The pig not slaughtered yet. LOL.

Kam Meng & Shieh Yng also ordered rojak. While my noodles came, they waited a long time 4 rojak. Those stalls wif no Q actually hv a lot of orders (super long time waiting 4 food). Kam Meng's turn 2 expediate his rojak request. LOL. Also, the rojak request has been "escalated" to "engineer". Waiting for "engineer" to bring rojak to our table.

Had lunch @ Ishi Mura @ Northpoint Shopping Centre wif Janice, Evangeline, Mylah, Lixing, Eng Kiat, Sze Ye, Jia Xu, Alfie, Ella, Jacqueline & Jian Hao. I ordered salmon omelette rice & iced green tea.

Aldrin gave me a card. So sweet of him :-) Evangeline & Mylah gave me a necklace & bracelet. Deepa, Vatsalya & Indrani gave me a red handbag. So sweet of them :-)

I passed sweets & chocs 2 friends & colleagues. @ B1, James hlped me 2 look 4 the security rm & carry the sweets.

Janice made an autograph for me. Her son helped 2 cut the photos. The autograph has a lot of photos of me, my proj team & others. There's a section on messages. The well wishes messages are from: Gina, Ella, Janice, Vangie, Mylah, Lixing, Eng Kiat, Jia Xu, Sze Ye, Jian Hao, Sheshadri, Alfie, Jacqueline & Vatsalya. The autograph is very nicely decorated with baby blue ribbon & lace. So sweet of all of them :-)

I took some pics on my last day @ current proj. Looked 4 Aldrin thrice @ B2 but he was not @ his cubicle. When I came back 2 C7, he was in the middle of discussion. He was very busy. Asked Willy 2 take pic of Aldrin & me b4 he left.

I had migraine & almost vomitted fr. 5pm onwards. Waited for my friends' Ezytrieve training 2 end 2 take photos. Took mrt wif Eng Kiat.

Bought guava wif sour plum sauce & 1 slice of honeydew. Then went 4 cell grp meeting wif sis. Had blackcurrant drink during cell grp meeting refreshment.

Had dinner @ a Jap. restaurant @ Bt. Timah Rd wif Aldrin. Not sure if the restaurant name is Hanabi... Aldrin gave me a treat on dinner cos my last day on current proj is on fri.

I ordered Tori chicken bento set wif Chawanmushi. Aldrin ordered Ebi bento set wif maguro sashimi. Tried Aldrin's salad wif peach & lettuce wif sesame seeds & sauce. Yummy. He tried the potato salad in my bento set. I like the food there. Yummy. Aldrin & me like the salad (wif peach & lettuce wif sesame seeds & sauce) & dessert (jelly wif sprite). I always like dessert wif sprite. At the previous BBQ wif my cell grp, they had fruit cocktail wif sprite. I like it a lot 2.

Aldrin was saying that the service @ the restaurant was quite bad. He waved @ the waitress but she couldn't c him. We were served wasabi & ice water after sometime. The ambience @ the restaurant is good. Aldrin didn't had time 4 lunch so he was super hungry lor. He finished the food & waited 4 a long time 4 me 2 finish eating.

Annie & I shared a piece of waffle before rushing 2 our bible study class. Pastor Darren Tan played a number guessing game. Whoever guessed the correct number must answer his question. He started wif 1 number fr. 1 to 99. He started from the ppl sitting @ the back. The number gap came down to 4. We were nervous cos we were sitting @ the last 2nd row. Alex had to answer the question. At the end of the class, I lent Alex my textbook to copy notes @ home.

Then, Annie, Sis & I bought curry puffs & hot tea with milk. Thereafter, we attended the service. We had dinner @ a coffeeshop @ Hougang Ave 8. Most of us ordered fried prawn mee. The fried prawn mee is yummy.

Eng Kiat, Richard, Lixing, Sze Ye, Jia Xu, Jian Hao & I went 2 coffeeshop @ AMK 4 lunch. We ordered 1 whole hainanese chicken & 10 plates of rice. The chicken rice there is super yummy! As usual, Lixing only took cucumber. Sze Ye joked that there were a lot of grass 4 Lixing on the grassland near the coffeeshop. LOL. Then we ordered dessert. I ordered ice kacang. The almond longan jelly that Richard ordered tasted like cough syrup.

Cheong Wai gave us a lift 2 East Coast Park. When we reached there, Chye Hoon was already BBQ the food. The rest were forming the decorated pebbles into heart shape & lighting on the beach. We played games & blindfolded Ada according to plan. Then, we led Ada to the pebbles & Xuande brought out the ring. There were romantic songs played fr. Victor's CD. We called Xuande 2 kneel down. He proposed 2 Ada & Ada accepted his marriage proposal.

The fruit cocktail wif 7Up prepared by Tenry was very nice. There were a lot of food left. We passed the satay to some malay guys near our BBQ pit. Reached home 5 min b4 12 midnite.

We had dinner @ coffee shop near Hougang Plaza. The western food there is yummy. I had hot plate chicken wif whipped potato(wif melted butter). Yvonne had chicken cutlet.

Hope that no OT on fri cos I need 2 b early @ chalet 2 hlp 1 of my cell grp members wif his marriage proposal 2 his girl friend.

My contract ending soon. Hope 2 find a job asap. Worried cos economy super bad now. Also a bit sad cos won't get 2 c & talk 2 my crush @ my company fr nxt mth onwards cos my contract ending @ end of this mth. Also miss some of my friends in my current company. Will bring digicam & snacks on my last day 2 take pic wif my crush & his colleagues & some friends @ nxt blk & pass them some snacks b4 doing my clearance. I hvn't tell him that my contract ending cos always c him busy @ the kitchen(guiding his colleagues,cooking,running fr stall to stall/long queue behind me @ the stall etc). Went 2 Yvonne's workpl. We had deep fried fish beehoon soup.

Then went 2 church 4 prayer meeting followed by service. 2day is Valentine's Day. At the end of the service, all married couples are given a pair of rings & they exchange marriage vows again. Its very romantic. The rings are also very nice lor. (I hope that someday he can go 2 church wif me & tat we can b more than friends... Wonder how's his day... Most prob. he's working. We dun hv each other's mobile number lor. He also dun hv PC, friendster, Facebook & MSN).

Had dinner wif sis @ Curry Don @ Compass Pt. I ordered meal: classic curry pasta/potato wedges & ice lemon tea. Shopped @ Compass Pt. I bought 3 bottles of nail polish & 1 bottle of base coat. Sis bought 1 top.

2day is Friday the 13th... 2day is also last day @ work @ office 4 Zheng Hang & Garrick. Had lunch @ Fish & Co. @ AMK hub wif Zheng Hang, Garrick, Eng Kiat, Richard & their friends(selina, Poh Teck etc). I ordered fish & chips wif soup. Me & selina shared Mermaid Jungle. Tried 1 of the guy's Jungle drinks. The staff 4got Richard's order & Garrick's coke. The 10 of us rushed back 2 office after lunch.

Had dinner wif Annie @ Kopitiam @ Sun Plaza. I ordered big chicken pao, char siew bao, 韭菜水晶包 & hot tea fr. 包罗万香 stall.

Had cell grp meeting @ Cheong Wai's pl. We celebrated Angel's bdae. We had to fill in a quiz. Refreshments include yellow watermelon, Angel's bdae cake, coke & mini custard tarts.

Esther gave me a lift 2 the MRT stn near Cheong Wai's pl. Reached home @midnite.

Read 5 chapters of "Battlefield of the Mind" by Joyce Meyer. Da book is juz nice 4 me. Cos my "england" is not good. Its not 2 thick & not 2 chim. Suitable 4 my "england" level.

Had western food @ coffee shop. I ordered black pepper chicken. Its served on hot plate wif baked potato & butter. There's smoke fr da hot plate. Yvonne was saying tat her hair will hv black pepper chicken smell fr da smoke when she reach home. LOL. Da butter in da potatoes r melted. Yummy :P I also had ice lemon tea.
