The novel centers on the choice tat Travis has to make: to follow Gabby's decision to remove the feeding tube & let her go or to send her 2 a nursing home hoping she will wake up someday. Its on the love tat Travis has 4 his wife & Travis decided to break the vow 2 Gabby 2 remove the feeding tube in the case if she's in a coma & he chose to send her 2 nursing home & hope tat she'll wake up someday. The story ends on a happy note: Gabby wakes up & the family is reunited happily.
